Pre- of postoperatieve adjuvante chemotherapie bij maagcarcinoom?

De behandeling van het resectabel maagcarcinoom is volop in beweging. De redactieraad van Medische Oncologie vroeg recentelijk aan collega’s dr. A. Cats en prof. dr. E. Van Cutsem om op basis van actuele studieresultaten de plaats te bepalen van chemotherapie als adjuvante behandeling bij de operatieve ingreep.
